I just wanted to thank you for the opportunity to attend [this] course. Having served in the Marine Corps for over 20 years, with a few tours, serving in Central Command and four years being a Recon Marine, the [training course] was absolutely the best training I ever received, in or out of the Corps. The training scenarios were all pertinent to real-life situations, the training pace was appropriate and the assistance instructors were knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. The caliber of training and depth of material presented is hard to find elsewhere. Period. The level of confidence the Makhaira instructors have in their students is also outstanding, even unparalleled. Getting a well-rounded training has always brought me back to Makhaira.

I have not heard of any other training group that even offers [this type of training]. Your crawl-walk-run method of training makes transitioning through progressively more difficult skill levels very efficient and easy to absorb.

As always your company not only produced an amazing class but you far exceeded any pre-conceived notions I may have had. I look at all my training from the perspective if I learn one critical life saving technique during the class, it’s worth what ever I may have invested. What is more impressive with your training is that not only do you always teach that one critical technique, you show us several options to employ that technique which can be individually adapted to the shooter.

I’ve never shot in the dark before (Low-Light Pistol Operator Course) and ‘it looks like it should be fairly easy’ turned into ‘wait a minute, that’s not as easy as I thought it would be’. You guys offer the best training I’ve ever taken and by far it was the best indoor range experience I have ever had.

The training I received far exceeded my exceptions immensely! Their qualifications as instructors is unbelievable. Very comfortable environment, not intimidating what so ever. I enjoyed the class very much and will definitely take other courses there.

I am impressed with the professionalism, knowledge delivery, and attention to safety of the Makhaira Group so far. I look forward to taking more training!

I have taken several other classes that lightly touch on some of the same topics but did not get even close to the depth that Makhaira group does. Also the details in shooting techniques were something that I have not he experienced in other classes.

The instructors were really engaged and seemed genuinely interested in making sure the students left with more knowledge and proficiency than they started with.

Range hours were extremely productive. Each evolution built on classroom knowledge and the previous drill. All range instructors were extremely knowledgeable and adept at identifying and coaching individual shooters in their next steps. I enjoyed watching myself and other shooters build skill and proficiency as the day went on. Hats off to Corey and his team!

The class portion was well organized and very informative. It left no doubt about the responsibility of carrying a concealed gun. I appreciated the examples that Justin and Tim gave about actual situations that have happened. I also liked their advice on anything we asked about, no matter if it was a potential scenario, a legal matter, or advice on conceal carry, guns and ammunition.

The background and quality of instructors is top notch

Instructors were great across the board. Very impressed with the content and direct feedback at the range. I picked up some great tips to work on to improve my accuracy, and some insight into the mental training to practice for high stress scenarios. Excellent work and looking forward to the next level classes!!
