DESCRIPTION:Defensive Pistol 300 is an advanced skill level course where even minuet improvements in your technique will lead to major increases in outcomes. You will learn inhibited equipment manipulations and how to clear equipment malfunctions while physically impaired. You’ll learn how to improve your presentation speed and accuracy to a level that would amaze the wild west pros\, a level you never believed possible. \nThis class is taught by NRA certified instructors with military\, special operations or high-level law enforcement experience. \nPrerequisite\nCompletion of Defensive Pistol 200. A pre-approved course/recommendation from a reputable instructor may also be considered. Students failing to meet and maintain our safety requirements and/or who cannot meet and immediately demonstrate the minimum skills required for the specific class may be removed from training. Please ensure you have read through the class description and fully understand our prerequisites before registering. Current military\, government contractors and LEO please contact us to see if you qualify for this course. \nPhysical Requirements\nEach student must be able to: \n\nRun 100 yards in full gear\nDo 25 consecutive push-ups in full gear\nDo 25 jumping jacks in full gear\n\n\nTopics Covered\nTactical problems will increase exponentially in complexity. In this advanced course\, you’ll have many more tactical live-fire courses\, shooting under stress\, and tactical decision making scenarios. Increasing existing skill levels\, acquiring new skills\, less time\, more targets\, tactical decision making\, higher standards of proficiency\, and more instructors make Defensive Pistol 3 a very rewarding experience. This course is a fast-paced\, hands-on\, live-fire course utilizing the pistol as the primary and only weapon that focuses on dynamic movement and accurate\, surgical shooting. Even if you have taken this course in the past\, you are going to want to come back again. DESCRIPTION:The Defensive Pistol 100 class will improve your pistol shooting fundamentals and basic pistol craft skills with the self defense pistol. Using the “crawl\, walk\, run” philosophy\, students will learn and practice basic and intermediate pistol skills and shooting fundamentals both in the classroom and on the live-fire range. The class is taught by Makhaira Group certified NRA instructors in a safe and professional classroom and range. \nTopics Covered\n\nFirearms safety\nFundamentals of shooting (stance\, grip\, etc.)\nChoosing a pistol and ammunition ballistics\nTactical presentations including concealed carry\nMethodology of shooting the self defense pistol\nUse of cover\nTactical reloading\nDrawing from the holster\nMarksmanship and accuracy improvement\nMalfunction clearance (Stoppage drills)\nTactical gun-handling\nSimulated stress fire\n\nRequired Equipment\n\nGood working\, serviceable pistol. While this class is geared toward the semi-auto pistol\, use of a revolver is permitted with prior approval.\n200 rounds of ammunition (Factory ammo only.
