Upon successful completion of this course\, you will receive the certificate necessary to apply for a Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP) in Colorado. \nThe class is taught by Makhaira Group certified instructors in a safe and professional classroom and range. \nTopics Covered\n\nReasons why to carry a handgun in society and why not to\nHandgun safety\nChoosing a handgun and ammunition\nLegal use of deadly force in Colorado\nLocal\, state\, federal laws and reciprocity\nCarrying concealed in the real world — tips\, tricks and gray areas\nCarry methods that are both reasonable and effective for everyday life\nLive-fire instruction and practice for safety\, accuracy and comfort with your pistol\n\nRequired Equipment\n\nQuality\, working\, serviceable pistol.  Please bring your pistol to the course unloaded and in a case.
